Code Compliance

The City of Ghent is responsible for protecting our community's health, safety and welfare through effective enforcement of codes and ordinances. The goal of this section is to provide information to all interested parties regarding our current codes and ordinances.  City council and staff work together to fairly and efficiently enforce the City of Ghent Code and Ordinances.
